Southeast Regional Sales Manager-McBride Sisters

Atlanta, GA - Full Time


  • Complete coverage and sales management in the following markets: FL, GA, MS, AL, TN, NC, SC,AR,TN,TX The ideal candidate will reside in FL or GA metro area and must have current distributor and key account relationships for both on & off Premise. 
  • Develop annual sales plans by market to meet case and distribution objectives.
  • Set up pricing and sales programs to drive sales and manage price point objectives within an annual financial budget including managing all distributor charge backs, budgets, and invoices.
  • Develop and manage sales incentives and support programs to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor T & E and financial budgets.
  •  Manage and administrate allocations of wines for distributor network.
  • Continuously gather and monitor information on competition and market trends; communicate information to the other Sales Managers and others as needed.
  • Continuously develop new distribution for all brands in key accounts.. 
  • Attend industry events, tastings, and wine dinners as a representative of McBride Sisters
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five year’s broad market wine sales experience at the supplier level. Wholesale experience is also required.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key account executives.
  • Knowledge of distributors and key accounts.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
  • Well-developed negotiation, project and time management skills.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Solid knowledge and appreciation of fine wine.

  •  Understand and respond to a diverse population.
  •  Travel is required (range from 30 to 35%). 
  •  Proof of insurance and a clean DMV record required.
